Customer Service Representative - Holiday Rentals

Customer Service Representative (Holiday Rentals) - $60k pa + Super

Permanent Role - Full-time

Professional Holiday Homes is a rapidly growing holiday rental management company with over two hundred properties under management on the South Coast of NSW. We are known for the exceptional results we bring our owners and the fantastic experience we provide to our guests.

Due to continuing expansion we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly professional Customer Service Officer to join us at our new office at Berry.

We are looking for someone who will be with us long-term and who is keen to take on new challenges and opportunities as the company continues to grow.

Hours:

38 hours per week 5 days per week between Monday - Sunday 10am to 6pm.

Must be able to work one day each weekend (every 3rd weekend rostered off).

Salary: $60k pa + Super

Key Tasks:

  1. Responding to guest and property owner enquiries via phone or email
  2. Troubleshooting guest / owner issues
  3. Replying to guest reviews
  4. Processing guest payments
  5. Organising property repairs
  6. Other tasks as required

Skills & experience required:

  1. Full training will be provided but you must be comfortable with using different software / technologies
  2. Experience of working in a phone based customer service role is essential
  3. Experience with property management, short-term holiday rentals or in the travel / tourism industry highly regarded
  4. Drivers license
