Administration/Sales Support


We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, support our sales team most importantly, have great communication abilities and a proactive approach to their work. You will play a key role in supporting our office operations and ensuring client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email mainly

Manage and organise client artwork and correspondence by email

Contact B2B Which are our clients for their artwork approval to go ahead with their order

Prepare and pack products for shipment and dispatch

Create and organise postage labels

Call Clients or venues to follow up enquiries and stock

Call Clients to organise payments over the phone when required

Multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS

proven experience in an office administrative role

Outstanding communication skills over the telephone, both verbal and written

fast typing skills and proficiency in office software, Myob

Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks efficiently

Self Starter with the ability to think on your feet

Experience in printing or advertising is a plus but not required

What we offer

competitive hourly rate

5 days a week Monday - Thursday 9.00am -5.00pm

Friday 9.30am-4.00pm
