What You’ll Do

• Performance marketing – build & optimise Google/Meta/TikTok ad sets, write copy & creatives, A/B test hooks

• Organic & social – plan short-form video calendars, schedule posts, engage with followers & UGC

• AI & automation – fine-tune GPT lead-qualifier prompts, chain Zaps/Make flows, use DALL·E/Midjourney for ad creative

• Analytics – tag funnels (GA4, Meta CAPI), pull weekly insights, spot quick-win experiments

• Ops glue – document SOPs, QA email/SMS drips, keep our Notion boards humming

By month three you’ll pitch and run your own micro-growth experiment—budget, creatives, AI workflow and report-out.

What We’re Looking For

• Working knowledge of digital-marketing fundamentals (CPC/CPA math, funnel stages, copy hooks)

• Hands-on with at least one ads platform (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or X)

• Native fluency on major social platforms and a knack for thumb-stopping creative

• DIY curiosity with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Canva Magic Design, Midjourney, Zapier/N8N AI actions)

• Excellent written English and comfort juggling multiple SMB niches

Bonus points: basic HTML/CSS or low-code (Webflow, Softr), local-search/SEO, video-editing chops, based in Melbourne.
