Aria Hotel Group Pty Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced Full-time Hotel Duty Manager to join our team.

Salary Range – $75,000 - $80,000

Business Location – Golden Point, VIC 3350

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily hotel/motel operations including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.
2. Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
3. Prepare budgets, manage room pricing, and implement cost-control strategies.
4. Ensure compliance with financial, taxation, payroll, and accounting regulations.
5. Recruit, train, and supervise staff while promoting a positive work environment.
6. Monitor staff performance and manage rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
7. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
8. Implement customer service improvements based on feedback and reviews.
9. Develop marketing strategies and manage online presence to boost occupancy.
10. Liaise with travel agencies and tourism partners to attract business.
11. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
12. Conduct risk assessments and apply appropriate security measures.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Hold a diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. Prior Experience as a Hotel Manager
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
5. Superior customer service and communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
7. Proficient in using restaurant management software and other relevant IT tools.
