We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 per annum
Role: Full time
Location: Gregory Hills NSW 2557
Main Duties:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure the smooth execution of solar and battery installation projects.
- Coordinate and oversee program activities, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and customer expectations.
- Address and resolve queries and concerns from both internal installation teams, electricians, and external stakeholders such as clients and suppliers.
- Monitor project performance—including delivery timelines, installation quality, and compliance with solar/battery rebate program requirements—and provide updates to management, recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, rebate schemes (e.g. STCs, ESCs, VEECs), and contractual obligations.
- Identify and manage risks associated with solar PV and battery rollout programs, developing mitigation strategies as required.
- Provide administrative support to senior project managers, including assisting with budgeting, resource allocation, procurement coordination, and tracking of equipment deliveries.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of Proven experience in program or project administration, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
