We are looking for an experienced Software Support professional to join our team. You will be leading an offshore team to manage tickets and handle troubleshooting issues. Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting & technical support
Offshore team collaboration
Collaborating with users to understand issues
Maintenance & upgrade for legacy software applications (primarily PHP v 7/8 and Laravel)
This position is on-site in Irving, TX Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future. Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of Software development in PHP (v. 7/8) and/or Laravel
Prior experience in software support/ticketing
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or similar
Core knowledge of cloud (Azure) and front-end (Angular/JavaScript/HTML/CSS) technologies
