Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, possess strong typing skills, and have an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow data protection procedures
- Organize and file electronic documents as needed
- Assist with generating reports and data summaries
- Support other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong typing speed and accuracy
