1. Accountant
Salary Range: $77,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting and financial policy implementation across the business.
- Prepare financial statements for senior management, stakeholders, and regulators.
- Conduct financial analysis, prepare audit reports, and advise on matters such as investments, acquisitions, taxation, and fraud.
- Analyse operational costs and income streams.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial documents with legal standards.
- Provide taxation advice for business operations and structures.
- Lodge tax returns for the company and associated entities.
- Liaise with banks and brokers to establish fund management solutions.
- Implement and manage accounting software systems for the company.
- Maintain internal control systems to ensure financial integrity.
- Assess financial risks associated with capital investment in property projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA/CPA certification (preferred).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Australian taxation and corporate finance regulations.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
2. Human Resource Adviser
Salary Range: $77,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage advertising of vacancies, interviews, and staff selection processes.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HR data systems.
- Advise managers on workplace relations, performance, and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct staff inductions and provide information on employment terms and career paths.
- Record and manage internal job vacancy details.
- Share current job opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate employment conditions and mediate workplace disputes.
- Interpret employment law, awards, and agreements.
- Assist in creating workplace policies and enterprise agreements.
- Lead workplace consultative groups and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources or employee relations.
- Understanding of Australian workplace legislation and HR policies.

Salary Range: $77,000 – $80,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate job advertisement, interview, and staff appointment processes.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate personnel information.
- Offer specialist advice on workplace relations issues and staff performance matters.
- Deliver induction sessions and advise on employment benefits and career development.
- Receive and manage details on job descriptions, salaries, and working conditions.
- Inform relevant parties of job openings within the business.
- Lead negotiations on employment terms and resolve internal conflicts.
- Interpret employment law and resolve wage or contract disputes.
- Formulate workplace relations programs and collective agreements.
- Oversee staff participation projects and workplace consultation forums.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Industrial Relations, HR, or Law (preferred).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in workplace relations or HR advisory roles.
- Knowledge of Fair Work regulations and Australian employment frameworks.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and policy development experience.
