Schedule: 8-hour shift

1. Accountant

Salary Range: $77,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support budgeting and financial policy implementation across the business.
  2. Prepare financial statements for senior management, stakeholders, and regulators.
  3. Conduct financial analysis, prepare audit reports, and advise on matters such as investments, acquisitions, taxation, and fraud.
  4. Analyse operational costs and income streams.
  5. Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial documents with legal standards.
  6. Provide taxation advice for business operations and structures.
  7. Lodge tax returns for the company and associated entities.
  8. Liaise with banks and brokers to establish fund management solutions.
  9. Implement and manage accounting software systems for the company.
  10. Maintain internal control systems to ensure financial integrity.
  11. Assess financial risks associated with capital investment in property projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. CA/CPA certification (preferred).
  3. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting.
  4. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  5. Knowledge of Australian taxation and corporate finance regulations.
  6. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

2. Human Resource Adviser

Salary Range: $77,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage advertising of vacancies, interviews, and staff selection processes.
  2. Maintain accurate personnel files and HR data systems.
  3. Advise managers on workplace relations, performance, and disciplinary matters.
  4. Conduct staff inductions and provide information on employment terms and career paths.
  5. Record and manage internal job vacancy details.
  6. Share current job opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
  7. Negotiate employment conditions and mediate workplace disputes.
  8. Interpret employment law, awards, and agreements.
  9. Assist in creating workplace policies and enterprise agreements.
  10. Lead workplace consultative groups and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  2. 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources or employee relations.
  3. Understanding of Australian workplace legislation and HR policies.
  4. Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  5. Experience using HRIS systems.
  6. Exceptional communication and advisory abilities.

3. Workplace Relations Adviser

Salary Range: $77,000 – $80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate job advertisement, interview, and staff appointment processes.
  2. Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate personnel information.
  3. Offer specialist advice on workplace relations issues and staff performance matters.
  4. Deliver induction sessions and advise on employment benefits and career development.
  5. Receive and manage details on job descriptions, salaries, and working conditions.
  6. Inform relevant parties of job openings within the business.
  7. Lead negotiations on employment terms and resolve internal conflicts.
  8. Interpret employment law and resolve wage or contract disputes.
  9. Formulate workplace relations programs and collective agreements.
  10. Oversee staff participation projects and workplace consultation forums.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Degree in Industrial Relations, HR, or Law (preferred).
  2. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in workplace relations or HR advisory roles.
  3. Knowledge of Fair Work regulations and Australian employment frameworks.
  4. Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and policy development experience.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
