Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage business daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly

- Determine menu update and food items with the kitchen team to improve service standard

- Liaise with kitchen team about ingredient stock level and contact suppliers for orders and deliveries

- Review food item price on a regular basis to boost revenue

- Implement marketing and promotion strategies, such as lunch set, tea-time set, and dinner set, according to seasonal business performance and kitchen’s instruction, and prepare corresponding social media announcements to attract customers

- Keep track on business cost and turnover by preparing, presenting, overseeing and managing a budget, including labour costs and inventory, on a quarterly basis to ensure health business operation

- Lead, train, and inspire a team of committed staff members

- Uphold high standards of food quality, customer service, and guest satisfaction

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills and Experience Required:

- At least 2 years+ experience as a Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality sector

- Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing a team

- Excellent customer service skills and a deep passion for the hospitality industry

- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting

- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and MS Office

- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines

- Fluent in English is a MUST and Cantonese is a plus
