With our growing digital and e-commerce presence, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Officer to join our team and support our continued national growth.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum

Role: Full-time

Location: Sydney Markets NSW 2129

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

·Source and manage suppliers to ensure product quality, reliability, and timely delivery.

·Negotiate contracts covering pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

·Conduct market analysis to support cost-efficiency and innovation.

·Monitor supplier performance and address any issues impacting quality or timelines.

·Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.

·Mitigate procurement and logistics risks by establishing contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.

·Process purchase orders in line with budget and sales forecasts.

·Analyse procurement data and prepare summary reports for management.

·Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing, and legal standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement, preferably within retail, agriculture, or e-commerce environments.

·Strong expertise in supplier management, international trade compliance, and contract negotiations.

·Proficiency in ERP systems and digital inventory management software (like SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems).

·Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and data analysis.

·Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

·Knowledge of Australian procurement standards, sustainability policies, and ethical sourcing requirements.
