Days and hours can be flexible for the right person, however this is an in office role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client-facing role: Meet with clients face-to-face to complete individual tax returns, providing exceptional service and expert advice.
2. End-of-year financial statements: Prepare and finalise financial statements for individuals and small businesses.
3. BAS Preparation: Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) for clients in a timely manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in preparing individual tax returns, financial statements, bookkeeping, and BAS. ( Minimum 2 years’ experience)
2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients directly and professionally.
3. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a busy workload.
5. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.).
6. Minimum Diploma of Accounting qualification.
