The primary purpose of this position is tosupport business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs with a focus on the following elements:
- Planning, developing and organizing marketing and advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
- Advising the management team on marketing and advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating customer/NDIS participant awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of each service we provide
- Develop and implement innovative multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the AIIM Group’s services and enhance brand awareness
- Develop engaging and creative written and visual content across all marketing channels
- Utilise data analytics to measure campaign performance, generating insights to inform future strategies
- Develop and implement communication plans to enhance the AIIM Group’s brand
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and advertisements and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Gain referrals through developing stronger relationships with all NDIS service providers and our participants
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms
- Management of marketing tools associated with the AIIM Group’s marketing strategy (Microsoft Access, Excel, HubSpot, Website, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.).

- Marketing and business development knowledge and experience at a level aligned to the position’s core responsibilities
- A degree or diploma with some relevant work experience; or a lesser qualification with substantial relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, objectives, policies and advertising programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficient in marketing software and tools (Microsoft Access, Excel, HubSpot, Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Experience in the disability sector with an understanding of the NDIS an advantage.
