About the Role:

As an ITC Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in supportING team members with hardware and software needs, respond to technical queries, and help maintain the robust performance of our messaging network.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to internal and external support requests related to our SMS platforms
  2. Customize or adapt existing tools and software to meet evolving business needs
  3. Install, configure, and update relevant software applications
  4. Provide training and guidance on system use and best practices
  5. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of secure computer networks that support SMS traffic and internal operations

What You Bring:

  1. Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset
  2. Experience working in fast-paced tech or telecommunications environments
  3. Understanding of messaging platforms or telecommunications protocols (e.g., SMPP, HTTP APIs) is a bonus
  4. Effective communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical users
  5. Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  2. Previous experience in IT support or help desk roles, preferably in telecom or tech sectors
  3. Familiarity with network infrastructure and Linux-based systems is a plus
