About the Role:
As an ITC Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in supportING team members with hardware and software needs, respond to technical queries, and help maintain the robust performance of our messaging network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external support requests related to our SMS platforms
- Customize or adapt existing tools and software to meet evolving business needs
- Install, configure, and update relevant software applications
- Provide training and guidance on system use and best practices
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of secure computer networks that support SMS traffic and internal operations
What You Bring:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or telecommunications environments
- Understanding of messaging platforms or telecommunications protocols (e.g., SMPP, HTTP APIs) is a bonus
- Effective communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Previous experience in IT support or help desk roles, preferably in telecom or tech sectors
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and Linux-based systems is a plus
