Job Description – Supply Chain Analyst

Location: New South Wales

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Support strategic objectives and operational plans to boost customer satisfaction and efficient resource use.
  2. Apply continuous improvement and change management to fix inefficiencies across the supply chain.
  3. Assess current systems and workflows to ensure alignment with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Analyse gaps and propose data-driven strategies for waste reduction and process optimisation.
  5. Draft proposals to improve procedures, material flow, roles, and sustainable practices.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements with minimal disruption.
  7. Mentor and train teams in forecasting, supplier management, and eco-friendly procurement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a supply chain or logistics role (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years (Preferred)

• Australia (Required)
