Tasks include
- Ensure the team complies with the Disability Services Act Standards, NDIS framework and other relevant legislation.
- Apply person-centered approach and a solution focused and strength approach.
- Coordination and management of the day-to-day operations in our Supported Independent Living program.
- Coordination and development of clients' care plans in liaison with families and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining of participants records and providing updates on progress in weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
- Coordinate and oversee rostering and timesheet requirements according to client support needs.
- Provide supervision and support to team members.
- Provide daily care and supervision to clients.
- Develop and support individual care plans, including medication, activity schedules, risk assessments, hygiene and meal requirements.
- Providing support to work towards individual goals.
- Encourage community engagement to support and increase life skill of clients.
- Development of professional relationships with the participants, their families and other stakeholders and engagement and regular stakeholder meetings.

- Supervising offenders on probation and parole.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous Experience in Disability or Community Services
- Working with People with Diverse Disabilities
- Delivering care aligned with client-specific goals and NDIS requirements
- Demonstrated experience in delivering services that are tailored to individual goals, preferences, and abilities.
- Experience assisting with domestic tasks.
- Supporting individuals to access community services, recreational activities, and social outings.
- Supporting individuals with chronic health conditions, mobility needs, or rehabilitation programs
Skills and Experience Required (Accounts Clerk):
- Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Managing payments, collections, and follow-ups on outstanding accounts
- Regular reconciliation of bank statements with internal records.
Skills and Exprience Required (Book Keeper):
- Managing supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing.
- Regular reconciliation of bank and credit card statements with internal ledgers.
- Identifying and correcting discrepancies accurately and efficiently.
- Recording financial transactions and ensuring all ledger entries are accurate and up-to-date.
