About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven ICT Business Analyst to join
our team. This role will be instrumental in bridging business requirements with technical
execution, particularly in the development and implementation of ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
? Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional
requirements.
? Identify areas for improvement in client operations and recommend effective IT
solutions.
? Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for software developers.
? Prepare feasibility studies, risk assessments, and process documentation.
? Coordinate between clients, developers, and project managers to ensure successful
system delivery.
? Support ERP system configuration, testing, and user training.
? Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
? Utilize Agile and PMBOK project management methodologies to meet project goals and
timelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
? Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an ICT Business Analyst role.
? Strong understanding of ERP systems and software development lifecycle.
? Demonstrated experience in writing business and functional requirement documents.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Proficiency in stakeholder communication and client engagement.
? Experience with 1C, SAP, or similar ERP platforms is an advantage.
? Knowledge of business process automation and system integration.
? Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and PMBOK methodologies.
? Russian language proficiency is considered an advantage.
