We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Service Administrator to join our Sydney-based team. In this full-time role, you’ll manage service desk operations, coordinate technical resources, and contribute to engineering design activities. Key Responsibilities
???? Customer Service Support
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Track and resolve service-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive support.
???? Service Desk Management
- Prioritize and manage service requests and incidents.
- Log, monitor, and close tickets using service desk software.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue escalation.
- Generate performance and activity reports.
- Maintain documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
?? Design & Technical Support
- Assist in the design of systems and components, including layout and schematics.
- Perform hydraulic calculations to support engineering and service design needs.
- Create and modify technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement design changes and improvements.
???? Coordination and Scheduling
- Schedule service calls and technical support appointments.
- Coordinate cross-departmental service delivery.
- Manage calendars for field staff and technical support teams.
???? Inventory and Asset Management
- Track and manage IT and operational assets (hardware/software).
- Assist with procurement processes and maintain service contracts.
???? Compliance and Policy Enforcement
- Ensure adherence to internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Enforce policies related to service quality and delivery timelines.
???? Training and Support
- Train new staff and clients on internal tools and service platforms.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to system users.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Experience with hydraulic calculations and interpreting technical schematics
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with service desk tools or ticketing systems (desirable)
- Attention to detail, with strong time and task management abilities
