We’re seeking a Civil drafter to support our residential and urban projects. In this role, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and technical insight to help realize designs that are both inspiring and enduring.

Job Duties

As a Civil drafter, you’ll play a key role in bringing our architectural visions to life by shaping the infrastructure that supports them. Your work will include:

1.Prepare technical drawings, diagrams, and records using CAD software and conventional drafting methods

2.Modify and update drawings in accordance with feedback and design changes.

3.Conduct inspections on civil and structural engineering projects, with the capability to perform detailed site surveys.

4.Coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to accurately reflect the design intent.

5.Support on-site evaluation activities by participating in inspections and gathering relevant site data.

6.Calculate material quantities and assist in project cost estimation processes.

7.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.

8.Exhibit good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

9.Manage documentation processes and ensure proper control and archiving of completed drawings.

What You’ll Bring:

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant civil design software (e.g. Civil 3D, Revit, or similar)
2. Experience in architectural environments or cross-disciplinary teams (highly regarded)
3. Working knowledge of Australian Standards for civil engineering and infrastructure
4. Curiosity, precision, and the confidence to contribute ideas, not just drawings
5. Ability to balance technical compliance with creative collaboration
