About the position

We are seeking an architectural graduate / draft person / internship who is looking to get strong project exposure and be part of a fast-growing team which would boost their exposure at the start of their career. Initially, the candidate will participate and take ownership of DA, CC and CDC design. Upon establishing a solid design foundation, you will have the opportunity to carry projects documentation and delivery during the construction process. Registration and mentorship will be supported and encouraged, with completely transparent feedback to improve your skill set.

Task & responsibilities:

·Preparation of schematic design and design documentation

·Asist to produce high quality, accurate and compliant design documentation

·Asist to produce 3D rendering and presentation preparation

·Understand and incorporate information from consultants or suppliers.

·Liaising with fixtures, fitting and finishes suppliers and make relevant selections that satisfy the design brief

·Lesson-learnt re-cap upon completion of each project

Skills & experience

·Degree in Architecture, Interior design or related majors, Local experience within an architectural or design firm if possible

·Preferred Work Softwares: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Microsoft Suite

·Team works though entire project design life-cycle

·Experience with drawing up to Australia standards and regulations, and an understanding of the architecture process.
