As a Multimedia Designer for Kwikflo Group plumbing company, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content/videos, animations, and graphics, to promote our services, educate customers, and enhance our brand image.

Position Duties

1. Develop multimedia content:

Create engaging videos, animations, presentations, and interactive elements for various platforms (website, social media, marketing materials, etc.).

1. Design graphics and visuals:

Produce high-quality images, illustrations, and icons that align with the company's brand and target audience.

1. Develop and execute multimedia projects:

Manage the entire multimedia production process from concept to final delivery, including scripting, filming, editing, and optimization.

1. Create educational content:

Develop informative videos, tutorials, or interactive guides to explain plumbing concepts, solutions, or maintenance tips.

1. Produce promotional materials:

Design visually appealing advertisements, brochures, and other marketing assets to attract potential clients.

1. Stay updated with industry trends:

Research and implement the latest multimedia design techniques and technologies to keep content fresh and engaging.

Collaboration & Communication:

1. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams:

Work closely with other departments to ensure multimedia content aligns with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.

1. Communicate design concepts:

Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions.

1. Manage projects:

Organize and manage multiple multimedia projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

1. Provide feedback:

Offer constructive feedback on design ideas and content to other team members.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in multimedia software:

Be proficient in industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), video editing software, and animation tools.

1. Understanding of design principles:

Have a strong understanding of visual communication, typography, coluor theory, and layout design.

1. Knowledge of various media formats:

Be familiar with different file formats, resolutions, and compression techniques for optimal performance across various platforms.

1. Ability to work with different media:

Be proficient in working with video, audio, images, and text to create compelling and engaging multimedia content.

Qualifications and Experience

- A minimum of 5 years experience in similar role and or

- A bachelor's degree in relevant field

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
2. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with key stakeholders
3. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
