In this role you will provide support in the inside sales, procurement and supply of hardware and software products within agreed timeframes with a focus on accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute procurement strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency;
2. Maintain and manage supplier relationships to ensure the reliability of supply;
3. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers;
4. Track and report key functional metrics to enhance the effectiveness of procurement processes;
5. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their requirements and provide purchasing solutions;
6. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing;
7. Ensure procurement policies and procedures comply with legal and corporate guidelines;
8. Analyze and assess potential risks associated with procurement activities.
9. Coordinate logistics for timely delivery of goods and services;
10. Support the continuous improvement of procurement processes;

Experience required

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
