Software Engineer

The Opportunity

We are seeking talented and experienced Software Engineers to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to build scalable, intelligent software platforms powered by AI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop advanced AI-driven solutions for global clients using Node.js, LangChain, LangGraph, and Flowise.
2. Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies, including emerging LLMs and AI tools from top global vendors.
3. Apply deep learning methods in image processing, sentiment analysis, and natural language processing (NLP).
4. Develop and implement custom algorithms for AI agents, leveraging your expertise in AI frameworks and backend development.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused, high-quality solutions that exceed expectations.
6. Build and train AI/ML models using both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
7. Create statistical models based on classification and regression using neural networks.
8. Work across technologies including Python, C++, .NET, WPF, and WCF.

Requirements

1. 3 years of hands-on software development experience, ideally with exposure to AI, machine learning, NLP, and neural networks.
2. Strong proficiency in Node.js is required; experience with Python is a plus.
3. Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, or a strong willingness to learn (training will be provided).
4. Preferred certifications:
5. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
6. Certified Generative AI Association credentials
7. Proven experience building secure, scalable APIs.
8. Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
10. Strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and a high standard of work ethic.
