About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Website Manager to manage and maintain us

websites and digital platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability,

security, and performance of all web assets, while supporting new feature development and

seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain the performance, integrity, and security of websites and web

server environments

1. Set up and manage web hosting environments, domains, and secure access protocols

(SSL, FTP, etc.)

1. Apply and manage user access permissions, authentication processes, and data

protection controls

1. Conduct regular backups and ensure recovery systems are in place to protect against

data loss

1. Install and configure software applications and web-based tools to support business

functions

1. Monitor traffic, usage statistics, and server logs to analyse website performance and

troubleshoot issues

1. Manage security updates, patches, and firewall configurations to protect against cyber

threats

1. Implement and maintain content management systems (CMS) and ensure consistent

functionality

1. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with

technical and business goals

1. Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to website availability, loading

speeds, or display errors

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in a website management or similar

digital role

1. Relevant qualifications at the Diploma level or higher in Information Technology, Web
2. Development, Computer Systems or a closely related field
3. Proven experience managing CMS platforms and website architecture
4. Sound understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
5. Experience with website performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console,

GTmetrix)

1. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
2. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

1. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
2. Familiarity with UI/UX principles
3. Understanding of hosting environments, DNS management, and website security

protocols
