The responsibilities of Developer Programmer include:

· Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, aligning it with business objectives to drive innovation and efficiency

· Stay updated on the latest industry advancements (particularly in AI and healthcare tech) and assess their potential impact on our products

· Oversee the design and implementation of the company’s technology architecture and infrastructure

· Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all systems while complying with industry standards and regulations

· Define system architecture, create technical specifications, and design flowcharts for implementation

· Develop, maintain, and optimize code for software applications, including writing technical documentation

· Design, debug, and troubleshoot software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks

· Enhance existing software systems and propose architectural improvements where needed

· Lead the development and deployment of our SaaS product, ensuring high quality, scalability, and performance

· Work closely with product management to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and align tech initiatives with market demands

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to develop solutions that meet business needs

· Engage with external partners (vendors, service providers, regulatory bodies) to maintain compliance and foster strategic relationships

· Research emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for business growth

· Initiate and manage R&D projects to explore innovative solutions and improve product offerings

Qualifications and skills required for the role:

· Bachelor degree or higher qualification relevant to the role of Developer Programmer

· 2+ years of industry experience as a Developer Programmer

· Strong experience in software development, system architecture, and SaaS products

· Proficiency in programming languages relevant to our tech stack

· Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or healthcare tech is a plus

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

· Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
