We are seeking an experienced Developer Programmer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet business and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on system requirements.
2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
3. Design, implement, and optimize database structures and queries.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and systems.
5. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand and deliver requirements.
6. Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
7. Work with APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Follow Agile and DevOps methodologies in software development.

Key Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 2+ years of professional experience as a Developer Programmer or similar role.
3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, PeopleCode (PeopleSoft), or JavaScript.
4. Experience in web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, .NET, or Spring).
5. Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
6. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
7. Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
8. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
