The beautiful and popular venue Meelup Farmhouse, located in the Eagle Bay area (5 minutes from Dunsborough), is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our thriving team.

The successful candidate will lead each day through setup and operation, upholding the high service standard and quality that our clientelle have come to expect. Along with some administration duties assisting the Venue Manager in the coordination of of our restaurant.

You will have:

1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, supervisor/team leader, or similar role
2. Proven customer service experience as a manager or team leader
3. Administration experience
4. Extensive food and beverage knowledge
5. Familiarity with management software (POS software, booking management software, word processing)
6. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
7. Acute financial management skills
8. Approved Managers Certificate

In addition, you will show high standards of personal presentation, a positive and upbeat personality, excellent verbal communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure and be customer and guest focused at all times.

This position will include working late night hours, weekend work and Public Holiday shifts.

The suitable candidate will be required to live and work in the WA South West region; FIFO arrangements will not be accepted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
