Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. You MUST be able to drive a standard truck. As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials and goods to and from various locations. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills and the ability to operate a dump truck efficiently.

Duties:

- Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials to designated locations

- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or roll-off trucks

- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition

- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, date, and location

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and any issues that may arise

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements

- Proven experience operating manual transmission vehicles

- Ability to safely load and unload materials using various equipment

- Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations and best practices

- Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance procedures is a plus

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet delivery deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
