Master Gardener – Artisan Landscape Maintenance

Location: Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville and Surrounding Areas
Compensation: $25/hr plus car use variable
Schedule: Part-time/full-time available

Are you a skilled Master Gardener with an eye for detail and a passion for artisan landscape maintenance? We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and meticulous professional to join our team at Ladybug Landscaping, where we treat landscaping as an art form.

? Certified Master Gardener (or equivalent deep horticultural expertise)
? Experience in high-end garden maintenance—pruning, shaping, soil care, plant health
? Strong attention to detail—our work is refined, delicate, and precise
? Ability to follow our unique gardening style and protocols
? Reliable, professional, and passionate about plants
? Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
