Who We Are: We're a new shipping center on Merchant Street in Ambridge providing reliable packaging and shipping solutions for our community. We're not just about boxes and tape - we're about making sure your important stuff gets where it needs to go, safely and on time.

What You'll Do:
* Help customers figure out the best way to ship their items (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
* Pack items with care (sometimes fragile or uniquely shaped things)
* Manage our mailbox rental service and assist with mail forwarding
* Handle document services like scanning and faxing
* Process payments and maintain a tidy, welcoming store
* Learn about shipping regulations and best practices (we'll teach you!)

Who You Are:
* Someone who genuinely likes most people you meet
* Reliable and shows up when you say you will
* Patient with customers who might be stressed and confused
* Comfortable learning new systems and procedures
* Detail-oriented (shipping addresses need to be right!)
* Thoughtful about processes & making systems better
* BONUS if you speak Spanish
