Are you passionate about plants and people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and don’t mind driving? The Plant Factory is looking for a motivated Sales & Delivery Representative to maintain and expand our customer base across Tulsa, OKC, Ft. Smith, Fayetteville, and Joplin.
What You’ll Do:
???? Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with garden centers, grocery stores, hardware stores, and plant/flower shops.
???? Deliver Orders – Load up customer orders onto a company-provided van/truck and ensure timely, professional deliveries.
???? Sales Outreach – Call existing customers who haven’t placed an order this week and encourage them to order.
???? New Business Development – Seek out new customers in your territory, visit potential accounts, and introduce them to our high-quality plants.

???? 10% Commission on All Sales – No Cap! The more you sell, the more you earn.

? Sales-Driven & Customer-Focused – You love talking to people and closing deals.
? Independent & Self-Motivated – You take initiative and know how to manage your time.
? Valid Driver’s License & Clean Record – You’ll be on the road regularly.
? Ability to Lift & Load Orders – Physical work is required.
