Once Upon a Child Rosenberg is looking for three Customer Service Representatives to join our team! If you love kids' fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for helping customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

? Greet customers and make them feel welcome
? Assist customers with questions and help them find what they need
? Sort, buy, tag, and hang apparel according to store guidelines
? Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
? Handle customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner
? Operate the sales terminal and process transactions

What We’re Looking For:

?? Friendly attitude, even when handling difficult situations
?? Strong problem-solving and communication skills
?? Reliable and able to maintain scheduling commitments
?? Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
?? Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. independently
?? Comfortable with bending, reaching, and stocking merchandise in a retail setting
?? Experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not required)
