Job description
Are you passionate about social media, growth marketing, and leveraging AI tools to drive engagement? We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team in near Cypress, Houston, TX and help expand our digital presence!

Key Responsibilities:
• Increase LinkedIn followers and YouTube subscribers
• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness.
• Utilize AI tools such as CHATGPT to enhance content creation. Must be proficient in using CHATGPT and other AI tools.
• Identify and engage potential leads to support sales growth.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Create and manage content calendars for consistent posting.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align social media efforts with business goals.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with Marketing efforts to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management and lead generation.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools such as CHATGPT and automation software Keap.
• Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Experience in B2B marketing or industrial automation (a plus).
• At least 3 years’ experience in social media content creation and growth.
• Familiarity with Canva.
• Familiarity with creating videos.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience as a social media coordinator
• Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
