Cabinetry Designer/Sales

Highly reputable and growing residential/light commercial cabinetry and design company located in Vancouver seeking skilled Cabinet/Countertop Designers to join our team. This is a full-time, salaried position with commissions. Benefits include paid holidays/vacation, disability/life insurance, optional healthcare, mileage reimbursement, and retirement savings with company match. This position does require applicant to be local-- if you are looking to relocate to the Northwest, we can assist with your relocation.
Mid and Senior positions available.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Kitchen and Bath Cabinet design experience or related schooling; familiarity with commissioned sales a plus.
• 20/20, ProKitchen or similar cabinet design software proficiency is required.
• Strong track record/experience designing cabinet solution for the residential homeowner, contractor, interior designer and/or speculative builder.
• Ability to independently manage time, competing priorities, and customer expectations.
• Strong desire to win with customers by providing exceptional follow through and thoroughness.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Proven ability to generate and close sales, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create floor plans, kitchen and bath designs, color selection, countertops and accessories.
• Process orders for customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain constant communication with customer regarding purchases, order status and delivery.
• Support the installation crew when issues arise.
• Ability to work standard business hours and, on occasion, meet with clients after hours/weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $32,500.00 - $59,950.00 per year
