Project Duration          : 3+ Months Contract Pay rate                            : $41 - $45 an hour W2 Job Summary The main function of the Web Developer is to design, code, and create system specifications, analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software applications. Job Responsibilities: • Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results • Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for system software applications • Monitor systems capacity and performance, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support • Identify, escalate and document production impact issues • Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems and capabilities Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field required • 8-10 years’ experience required • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time • Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue • Knowledge of computer hardware and software • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles • Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc • Expertise with COBOL, MVS, CICS, JCL, or other mainframe tools and utilities" Candidate Requirements • Most recent roles must have 8 years of consecutive angular, azure and data experience. • Years of Experience Required – 8 – 10 years. • Must have done a similar role in their last two previous roles. • Degrees or certifications required – None. • Disqualifiers – No angular experience. Best vs. Average – • Previously worked on large global applications. • Speed – able to complete their work quickly. Average- Meets minimum requirements. Performance Indicators - • Performance based on results, code delivered, code committed bugs, etc. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. The team is building a notification framework that have models and codes that support it. They do data reporting analytics for the Microsoft commercial marketplace business. • Key projects – Looking to make a project team that can build out a notification framework. • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm – 20% meetings, 80% heads down" Deliverables:

• Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
• Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
• Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
• Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
• Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
• Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
