Required Skills and Experience

* 4 years or more of experience as a program designer and implementer.* 4 years or more of experience with the operation and maintenance of enterprise applications including working knowledge of the following: , CSS, SQL, Node, React, JSON, and Git.* Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.* Possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals including, but not limited to, the following: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.* Possess excellent technical writing skills, including the ability to write complex reports, plans, and briefings.* Possess strong organizational skills. * Programming expertise in the following computer languages: JAVA, PHP, AJAX, REST (Representational State Transfer), XML (Extensible Markup Language), XHTML (Extensible Hypertext Markup Language), UNIX (computer operating system), LINUX (computer operating system), SUN Solaris Administration, C, C++, Perl, Ruby on Rails, Nginx, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Graphics, PL/SQL, jQuery, JavaScript (JS), Boot Strap, CSS, ReactJS, RequireJS, SQL, Node, React, JSON. Git, and PowerBuilder. * Preferred: Experience with Elixir, Functional Programming, and PL/SQL.* Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or equivalent work experience).
