Lady Chu is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for excellent guest experience
- Handle scheduling, inventory, and supply orders
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets and cost control
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Qualifications in hospitality
- Prior experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager (experience with Vietnamese or Asian cuisine is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and restaurant KPIs
- A passion for Vietnamese food and culture
