Restaurant Manager


Lady Chu is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
  2. Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
  3. Coordinate with kitchen staff for excellent guest experience
  4. Handle scheduling, inventory, and supply orders
  5. Monitor financial performance, including budgets and cost control
  6. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
  7. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications:

  1. Qualifications in hospitality
  2. Prior experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager (experience with Vietnamese or Asian cuisine is a plus)
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills
  4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  6. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and restaurant KPIs
  7. A passion for Vietnamese food and culture
